Shipping Policy

Streamline Commercial Kitchens ships commercial kitchen equipment across Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier warehouse, and delivery destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated as a flat rate per order based on the manufacturer’s warehouse and equipment type.

Standard Equipment Shipping (FHE & 3Monkeez products)
Flat Rate: $165.00 (inc. GST)

Heavy / Bulky Freight (Concorde and large commercial equipment)
Flat Rate: $440.00 (inc. GST)

If an order contains items from multiple suppliers or equipment types, the higher applicable shipping rate may apply to the entire order at checkout.

For certain specialised or oversized commercial equipment, freight may require a custom quote. If a custom quote is required, please email sales@slck.com.au with the product details and your delivery postcode.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before dispatch. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery transit time is typically 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and freight carrier.

Total Estimated Delivery: 5–14 business days

Delivery Conditions

Customers must ensure the delivery address is accessible for freight delivery. If special delivery requirements apply (for example tail-lift delivery or restricted access), these must be communicated before dispatch.

Additional freight charges may apply if redelivery or special handling is required due to site access limitations.

Transit Damage

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@slck.com.au with photos of the damage and your order number.
