Refunds & Returns
Streamline Commercial Kitchens does not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, by emailing sales@slck.com.au with photos and your order number.
Faulty Goods
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product has a major failure or is not as described. Claims must be submitted to sales@slck.com.au and include your order number and photos of the issue.
All claims are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Remedies may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered where appropriate depending on the product.
Return Conditions
Items must not be returned without prior written authorisation. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition where applicable.
Custom Products
Custom-made, modified or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
