The Royston range of hot plates allows you to quickly scale up your restaurant’s cooking capacity while maintaining a small footprint. This unit feature a 1000mm wide cooking surface with a step shaped splashback to prevent spills and splashes from getting on to walls and other equipment. The temperature range of the hot plate ranges from 50°C to 300°C allowing you to have better control over the cooking process.
