Streamline Commercial Kitchens does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@streamlinecommercialkitchens.com.au, including photos and your order number.
All claims are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. At Streamlines sole discretion, an approved outcome may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue and supplier approval.
Items must not be returned without prior written authorisation. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Custom-made, modified, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
All products sold by Streamline Commercial Kitchens carry brand-specific manufacturer warranties.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration vary by product and brand. To the extent permitted by law, Streamline Commercial Kitchens does not provide an additional warranty outside of the manufacturer warranty.
Warranties generally cover manufacturing defects only and do not cover misuse, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty claims must be submitted to sales@streamlinecommercialkitchens.com.au and are subject to manufacturer assessment and approval.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
